All items are handmade and custom made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including ordering errors or change of mind.
Because each item is handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal, not defects.
Please review all order details carefully before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damage during transit, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
